  • This obsession with getting thin is way too much. Please understand that
    getting thin alone is not going to make you fit. Are we wanting to become
    fit and healthy in life or just thin? Give it a thought, 900 calorie diet
    for 10 days will make you lose weight but what about your body fitness?
    Majority of us don’t even have the strength to do a single push up.
    Following such diets for short term and quick results may seem fine. But it
    should definitely not be substituted for exercising and strength training.
    Instead of following such diets one should bring about a change in one’s
    habits gradually and stop binging on unhealthy foods, a change of lifestyle.

  • Good plan, I sent this to my mom in India for my dad who needs to loose
    weight like NOW! I also made a challenge for him that if he does not follow
    it for a day I will shop for £100/ day from his card. He is on it very
    seriously after looking at the results.

    days but i can’t help but thinking the majority of that 10kg is water…

    egg diet plan. I lost 3.5 kgs in 10days nd I didnt get back that weight I
    lost ,its almost 3 months over. again Iam going to start this diet. hope it
    vl give gud results….

  • Hi Vicky i tried this plan for 10 days and lost 6 kg but i did it without
    the yogurt as i am lactose intolerant , i will start for the 2nd time in a
    couple of days , is there any substitute you can suggest that i can use
    instead of yogurt and get the same value as it?

  • Really effective. first of all I didn’t believe it could happen, but it
    works marvellously well. I started 3 weeks back with 80kg and now I weigh
    74. Weekends I visit my friends so it’s kind of hard to eat what’s
    specified but still I eat cautiously.
